Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

We ship within the United States. Most items ship from US warehouses and arrive in about 3–8 business days after shipping. Each product page lists its expected delivery time. A few items may ship from an overseas warehouse if US stock runs out; those can take about 1–2 weeks, and we'll let you know if that applies to your order.

Multiple items and bundles

If you order more than one item or a bundle, your items may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping cost

Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Holiday orders

Carriers get busy from late November through December. For the best chance of gifts arriving before Christmas, order by early December.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package arrives damaged, email Danieldburrow@icloud.com and we'll make it right.
